I joined Waters Dentistry in October 2016 as a Scheduling Coordinator and have since grown into the role of Financial Coordinator and Team Lead. I now oversee all aspects of our front office operations. With 24 years of experience in the dental field, dentistry is truly my passion.

I’m dedicated to providing each patient with a comfortable, personalized experience. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing patients transform—from fearful to brave, shy to confident, and self-conscious to smiling!

I’ve been married to my amazing husband, Josh, for 20 years, and together we have two wonderful boys, Teagan (17) and Trace (15). In my free time, I love camping, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

I’m Mandi, a Southern California native who has proudly called Colorado home since 2007. I’m happily married and a proud mom of three. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as cooking, sharing a glass of wine, camping, and exploring Colorado’s beautiful outdoors. With more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry, I’m passionate about helping others and making a positive difference — one smile at a time.

Hi there! My name is Samira, and I am a patient coordinator at Waters Dentistry. I have been in the dental field for four years and love seeing the positive impact dentistry has on our patients. My goal is to ensure everyone feels welcomed and at home in our office.I was born and raised here in Denver, Colorado. Outside the office, I work as an esthetician at a salon in Littleton. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, staying active, watching movies, and attending music festivals.

Hi, I’m Katie! I am a dental hygienist at Waters Dentistry. I graduated from University of South Dakota in 2023 and moved out to Colorado with my cat, Jorge, as soon as I got the chance. I’ve always wanted to live closer to the mountains and I am enjoying the wide variety of activities to do in the area. When I have free time, I like to be outside, try new restaurants with friends, read and do yoga. I love being part of the Waters Dentistry team and helping patients meet their smile goals. Hi there! My name is Iris, and I’m a dental assistant at Waters Dentistry. I earned my dental assistant certificate from Denver Dental Assisting School in Lakewood. I’m thrilled to be a part of Waters Dentistry, I’ve learned so much both clinically and professionally. My favorite part about being a dental assistant is being able to help our patients feel confident and comfortable during their visits. In my free time, I enjoy exploring and trying out new things that Denver has to offer!

Hi, I’m Ella! I’m a dental hygienist at Waters Dentistry. I graduated from CNCC in Rangely, Colorado in 2025. I am originally from Grand Junction and am excited to see everything Denver has to offer! I’ve always known that a career in healthcare was my calling because I love helping others and making a positive difference in their lives. My goal is to make every patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident in their dental care. Outside of the office, I enjoy doing Pilates, reading, and traveling.
